How to be a Member?
This application has a three-step process:
- Fill in company details and attach a profile of the company.
- Fill in company representative’s details and attach a profile of the company representative.
- Deposit a membership fee to the Chamber (payment details are indicated in the latter part of this form).
Annual Membership Fees
Gold/Silver Membership
Gold Membership – Php50,000
Silver Membership – Php25,000
Corporate Membership
Php5,000 per institution
Individual Membership
Php3,000 per individual
